- Customized or Personalized Products: Any products that have been customized or personalized are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Sale or Clearance Items: Items purchased on sale or clearance are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
3. How to Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange:

- Refund/Exchange Process:

- If you are exchanging the product, the new item will be shipped to you once we receive and process the returned product.
